This is one of those cities that has something for everyone. The only notable exception being people who love blue skies and great weather. The best way to explore is on foot, but seeing as the forecast almost always predicts rain at some point in the not too distant future, be sure to pack an umbrella. You can take in the entire London skyline at once from the massive London Eye or you can get lost exploring the streets and neighborhoods on foot for days.
Lovers of arts and culture are presented with a constantly revolving array of concerts, exhibits, and theatrical performances. World-class museums range from the venerable National Gallery and British Museum to the forward-thinking Tate Modern.
You may also want to check out some of London’s hip and stylish inner city districts, Camden Town, for example, features edgy “alternative” entertainment and a punk rock attitude.
No matter how far your interests take you, getting home is always easy thanks to the famous London Underground. The Tube is constantly ranked among the best in the world, just be sure to “mind the gap”.
