Containing ancient archaeological and anthropological artifacts from the pre-Columbian periods of Mexico, Central America, and what is now the southern United States. Significant exhibits include: the Stone of the Sun (the Aztec calendar stone), the 16th-century Aztec statue of Xochipilli, and treasures recovered from ancient Toltec and Mayan civilizations.
